Review summary

I know people call carnival the budget of the sea. If they could take there old model of doing business and make it worse, they've succeeded! Dinner used to be a fast and joyous thing/staff sang and made sure you were happy, drinks full. Now it is a two hour process, lag between appetizer to meal then a lag before desert. No more drink/bar person to get your drinks.

the staff is also oddly argumentative now? If something's wrong, no one tries to fix it like in the past. Now it's pass you along and frustration. The rooms are nice, but boiling hot. I complained and asked for our room to be looked at, got no where but sweating in my sleep. I'd recommend going on another cruise line if this is the future of carnival? I know after this one, it'll be in my past.

Hot, warm as balls hot. Used to freeze on the ship, now the Ac must be set higher then my moms house

I was on the Liberty this past November. I was midship, and my room was perfect. The location of your room makes all the difference. Also, my family and I had dinner in the dining room, our servers were very attentive and fun. I think a persons attitude and expectations is what ruins a cruise for them. Maybe another cruise line is better for you!

I agree with the dining experience. It is no longer enjoyable for us. I hope they fix this; it really is a problem. Not the place to cut back.
