Review summary
The ship looked impressive; however, it needs work. The rooms had horrible beds. Everyone we talked to complained about the same thing - sagging mattresses. I don't know why the rooms have a thermostat as they don't work in anyone's room. We asked people on different decks. We were on 8. Only 1 temp blows from the vent, and it shuts off after a certain time at night. Elevators were constantly breaking down - 3 while I was in them. Then when we arrived at St. Thomas, we didn't get into port because of a \"small propulsion problem\" that took them nearly 2.5 hours to fix. The captain did however compensate by allowing the ship to stay at the island 1 hour later than scheduled to make up for the time. Every night in the dinning room, you and your chair shook from the ship's vibration. We were all worried this was going to turn into the \"T\" ship. I mean, you could feel the ship's vibration all the time and everywhere, but it was extremely evident in the Silver & Gold dinning rooms. I have small kids, and I love them. I like kids; however, the Serenity Deck rules says \"Guest 21 & Over\". I didn't have my kids on this trip because this was a romantic trip. I didn't want to hear shrill voices, crying, or be splashed with water. Other cruisers: be respectful of your fellow cruisers, and staff, please enforce the rules!!Ship experiences
