Review summary
Overall a nice cruise...to get away for awhile! We are Carnival Platinum members..so have sailed several times before. We really liked the additions of Guys Burgers and Blue Iguana! We often found the food in both the dining room and the Lido deck needed to be kept at a higher temperature. The food is tasty but disappointed when found it wasn't very warm! We even ate at the Steak House restauraunt and found our steaks weren't as hot as they could have been. We also noticed that Carnival is evidently alllowing dinner guests to "dress down" for dinner. There were several guest in shorts, t-shirts etc. Once night we dressed in nice resort casual (nothing fancy) and on both sides of us.....couples dressed as if they were ready to get off the ship for a day of exploring! I thought that is what the lido deck was available for....guests who don't care to dress accordingly. This might be a small thing but I think that is part of the cruise.... As mentioned we did enjoy the cruise....we went primarily to get away and relax which we did. Very comfortable cabin and service was great! I sure hope Carnival will take note of these few items....as we do cruise often and would like to continue with them!Ship experiences

You can tell the ship has been renovated...carpet in good shape etc. Many places to sit and relax. We enjoyed the Serenity area.
