Review summary

This was our 4th Cruise with Carnival. We have done the Eastern Caribbean once, Mexican Rivera twice and the Western Caribbean this trip. The Carnival staff was outstanding from the getting onboard, we had some friends that were first time cruisers and they booked with us, and Carnival took care of all of us at the starting point, before you knew it we were on the ship and the Liberty is a huge ship. The ship itself is awesome, very clean and the staff in every part of the ship is always looking to help you. This is a big plus. The Cruise Director NOONEN was awesome he made the trip great with his wit and smile and being spring break lots of kids, so he made the events fun and wild. The food was to die for! I found out that Carnival has several Culinary Academies on the ships and the Liberty was one of them. The Head Chef on the ship is a Sr Chef with Carnival with over 20+ years. Carnival has the Chefs Table and its Awesome, we have done the Supper Club which if you have never done it, do it! You wont regret it. However if you have done the Supper Club, move on to the Chefs table! It was a 10 course meal that was started off with a tour of the Galley, and a special treats along the way by the head chef. Once in the private dinning room you were served the courses that are cooked by the Sr Chef and his staff. It was something to remember! A Must Do Again. The Main Meal we had the late meal was awesome, Carnival has changed the menus up every night and the picks are great! Our serving staff was great and full of enjoyment every night, it was hard to say good bye after a great week at sea The ship has all the Carnival glitzs and glamour, and all the amenities that you want in a ship. The ports Half-moon Cay is Awesome! This private island is an island you will not want to leave. You have to see to believe. San Juan was very nice; St Thomas was a great stop and great shopping. Grand Turks was awesome if I could have found a way to survive I would have stayed. Over all the stops were awesome no complaints. The ships itinerary was awesome because you are in the first port then a day at sea before you hit the three ports in a row, then a day at sea before you are back in Miami. Good time to rest The debarkation was fast, probably faster than any ship I have been on. I will have to say this was our best cruise so far! We are already looking to go back however we want to try the other route that the Liberty runs. Have fun Eat a lot!!
