Review summary

It was FUN at every moment and I would recommend this cruise option to everyone. It is also very cheap.

Embarkation

It was always fast, smooth with no problems. Carnival’s Long Beach Terminal was also very modern with FUN activities to do inside!

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

Food ALL around the ship was all around delicious. I personally probably gained a few pounds, the food was just so GREAT!

Onboard Activities

Waterworks was super FUN, Sports Square was amazing, the Pool was a combination of fun and relaxing. It was hard to find something that wasn’t FUN, in fact, I didn’t.

Entertainment

We didn’t watch much of the shows in the Paris Lounge, although we watched almost all the Comedy Shows in the Candlelight Lounge. All of which were really funny, and defiantly recommend going to see one of them.

Service and Staff

This was AMAZING, all the crew were so nice and personable. I couldn’t find one crew member that was cranky or unhappy. I would like to give a VERY special thanks to Minor, George Nelson and Captain Eduardo, all of which were amazing and some of the reason why we come back to Carnival so often.

Ship Quality

This should deserve 100 stars if it could, but Ship Mate doesn’t allow that. The ship was so clean, and it was even hard to find a speck of dust. My allergies were irrelevant, which really helped contribute to the FUN and enjoyment of the cruise.

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin Steward made this cruise EXTA special. Always clean and he always made the extra step to put a smile on your face.

Ship tip

Explore the ship to know where you like and don’t like, there is so much that you normally won’t see. Also bring more chargers and possibly a converter.
