Review summary

only enjoyable portion of this cruise was the Suite and suite steward. FOOD, drinks , entertainment and pool a great disappointment.

paid for all you can drink soda and liquor. was unable to get a drink due to lack of staffing. was told by more than 1 crew members that due all you can drink has greatly increased volume but have not increased staff. Very disappointed.

Onboard Activities

pool and whirlpools were greatly over crowed, beyond recommended capacity. Color of pool water was disgusting .

suite staff were amazing. Spa staff were also amazing. however all other staff were to busy to assist with drinks or any questions etc..

pool water was disgusting. Bar outside the casino needs remodeling. difficult to locate areas. a hand held map of boat is recommended
