Review summary

Amazing and friendly staff - my kids and grandkids loved it.   Their favorite; the water slide and Guys Burgers

My only complaint is that I did not receive the $50 per room booking credit - Carnival blamed it on who told me I should have filled out a form that I didn't know about.  I will know within 4 weeks if my onboard spending qualifies me for some credit.  Since I paid for my cruise in full at the time of booking I expected all that I was promised and disappointed in the runaround I experienced when I asked for the $100 credit for the 2 rooms I booked.

we also had cabin m97 with a full window and were very pleased with both cabins which offered more room than we expected My youngest grandson loved the upper berth with all the knookies and crannies to hide his goodies. The beds were comfortable and it was smooth sailing all the way

I use a TA and when I call Carnival over my sccount, the first thing they say is the can't help me and need to call my TA, which I know this already. If it was a TA, then you need to go to then over your OBC.
