Review summary
Being on the Carnival Freedom was an amazing experience. Carnival goes out of their way to make cruising fun and unique. Making it to your destination like the various islands in the Caribbean is only part of your vacation. Meeting wondeful people from staff to fellow cruise passengers is the memorable part of your vacation. All ships have entertainment, it is the people participating that makes it fun. Carnival's entertainment staff Brad, Bruce, Dustin, and Victor took what could have been boring games and turned them into delightful events. From your wait staff to housekeeping they all go out of their way to make your time memorable. The food was amazing and so much to choose from the buffet to a sit-down meal, Carnival allowed you to go from simple to complex in your menu selection. I'm glad our room was very spacious and had a porthole to look out because the ship glide across the water you never felt like you were moving. You couldn't ask for more friendlier, fun people to sail with. We quickly became cherish friends with so many passengers we met onboard. On a Carnival cruise it's not about your destination it's the journey there and the wonderful time you have getting there.Ship experiences

Ship tip
Carnival Freedom has a great Taste Bar that offers mini-appetizers before your meal. Great way to start of your dining experience and meet fellow passengers. They also have a great gym and the best time to take advantage of the equipment was late afternoon like after 3pm.
