Review summary

We loved CCL in the past (12 cruises) but this was the pits. We are debating whether or Not to travel with Carnival again. We will Never travel on the Freedom again....the music, too many people, the service, the lack of clean public areas...did Not enjoy.............oh Carnival, raise your prices, but please do not give in to poor food quality, lack of clean public areas and horrible music and massive noise.............where are you headed???

lines were 30-45 min. wait when in buffet line. way too long. ship too small.

ccl needs some new shows...grandson disappointed because there was no magician on stage.

had our 10 year old and he said they needed more help.

room attendent was excellent...needed more servers in dining and pool area.

Pros: our room service

Cons: Very Long Lines, Very loud music near pool (hard rock), too many people for the ship size. This is our 12th on CCL..may be our last.
