Review summary

I did notfind the staff to be helpful. It was like don't bother me with your problem. Our departure was messed up by the cruise lines and their repsonse was sorry we can't help you now, you will have to figure it out.

not helpful at all. they booked our return flight and baggae handling and messed it up and then advised they could do nothing to help us. They put us in the same seat.
