Review summary

The workers at the Guest Service's were not helpful and we weren't the only people that had problems with them on this cruise either. This was me and my husbands first ever cruise and they made no effort to help us out, the just belittled us and acted like we had no money.

What was your issue that was not resolved? A blanket negative comment cannot help us understand what occurred. We have always been treated well by Carnival's customer service - even when we were novices.
