Review summary

We had bad weather which wasn't your fault. But having to wait constantly to get another drink (after we purchased the package) and you being out of what I wanted (Chandon Champagne) it was frustrating.

Food was good. Drinks were good, but the staff was so overwhelmed. It took too long to get wine at dinner. One cocktail waitress for the entire floor! Totally stupid. Everybody was working hard, but they just didn't have enough staff to make it pleasurable.

Room was nice. Food was good. People were friendly, but they were EXTREMELY shorthanded. Everything tasted good, but these poor people were frantic. I totally blame management. One waitperson in entire dining room for wine!! Give me a break. Total mess.
