Review summary

I enjoyed the cruise ship. But the disembarkation was TERRIBLE!!! Waited over 1 1/2 hours when papers said carry off luggage would start by muster station at 8:00 am. Finally got off after 9:30!! 🥺🥺

Everyone on board very polite and accommodating. My Steward Eli for E193 was an awesomely accommodating young man. He answered any questions I had and provided great service for anything I ask for.

I did not chk my luggage because I was led to believe if I didn’t chk it I could leave ship BEFORE chgd bags. If I had k own that I had to Wit Along with the ppl that Chad theirs I WOULD HV MOST DEFINITELY CHKD MINE. I hv been on several cruises and never had to wait along with ppl That chkd their luggage.
