Review summary
It was a wonderful cruise! We weren't allowed to go to Mexico which was hard because we sat there all day looking at it but Catalina Island was wonderful! We went on the kayaking excursion and enjoyed it very much. We saw a few seals and stingrays! The water was a bit cold but we got used to it. As for the pool on the boat I never got in. I thought it was too cold but others were enjoying it. The food and the service was excellent and always and the Camp Carnival was great. I wasn't very happy with the "Circle C" activities. The director shut it down early every night. The first night it was to be opened until 1am and she shut it down at 12:25. The last night on the boat it was supposed to be open until 12:30 and she closed it at 11:25! It was absolutely crazy! She also never did the activities on the schedule except the unsupervised scavenger hunts which I thought was probably to get them off of her hands! Also, there was no Teen Spa Day which we are used to and like to do. There was no past guest reception either. Other than the few downs it was a great cruise! Although we did go around in circles for days at an average of 6 knots it was great! Not very bumpy or rocky at all!Pros: Port of Catalina, Food, Service, Entertainment, 9-11 Kids program
Cons: Circle C 12-14 Program
