I am writing this review in hopes of getting the remainder of my sister's ticket refunded. Her name was Ruth Strine;dob 07/29/1943; booking # 6L2VT2. She pasted away unexpectedly 10/02/2015. Please contact me by the e-mail attached to this account and I will send a copy of obit. or what ever you need. I need the money for her cremation for she had no life insurance. First, I'm so sorry for your loss. Second, you need to contact the cruise line directly. Unfortunately, if she hadn't purchased the cancellation insurance they offered, you may be totally out of luck getting a full refund. Obviously, the compassionate thing for them do would be to refund fully. That said, this is exactly WHY they sell cancellation insurance. Good Luck.

I'm sorry for your loss, I think I would contact the cruise line she had booked, this is an app for conversation about cruising and don't think they will be able to assist with this type of issue. Good luck and again I'm sorry
