Lawrence the CD did a great job. Very energetic. Had a great time as always and really can’t complain.

Very smooth. Curb to ship was roughly 20 minutes. Check in time was 11am

MDR was ok. Service took around an hour. I felt the staff could have been a bit more attentive(refills on drinks etc). We had to remind them for refills most nights.

Piano Bar 88

Piano bar is a main staple for me. I enjoy it quite a bit. I understand the entertainers are all different, that said piano guy Tony was horrible. I’ll leave it at that. One man’s junk is another man’s treasure and I don’t wanna bash him publicly

Only saw one show as this was only a 4 day sailing. Of the 10 cruises I’ve been on this one had the best playlist cast I’ve seen to date.

Service and Staff

The staff is always nice and professional in my opinion. Sure there may be a bad apple now and then or a staff member in a bad mood but overall they are great. This particular sailing I felt wasn’t quite on par as in the past. No real big issues to speak of but I’ve had better overall. There were a few who stood out.

We stay in the spa cabins always. This was no different. Our room steward was outstanding
