We enjoyed the cruise. The entertainment was amazing! Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Customer service was top tier!

I did not like how long it took to get Covid tested and move through the check in process. It was a two hour check in process with a toddler so it was awful.

The restaurant foods were not that great, but the pizza and burgers were everything! I do wish the burgers would stay open late.

Cookie was LIFE!!!!! Very entertaining. I loved him so much!

My 8 year old loved the kids club. I think for the fact that my 3 year old had to get tested 3 times just to go on the cruise, she was not allowed to participate in anything which was a bummer. Why make them go through the hassle of testing if they are excluded from kids entertainment.

I LOVED COOKIE, he was hilarious. We had NEYOMAN pronounced (NEE-YO-MAN) and he was absolutely amazing! He knew me by name and it’s just something about that just made me feel very welcomed and inviting. He greeted my children and he was just top tier. He check on us many times and made sure I was comfortable asking for help if needed. NEYOMAN!!!!!!!!! (I could be spelling it wrong)

It took even longer to get off the ship. It was just a big inconvenience. We were all out of our rooms by 8 and didn’t get off the boat until 10:20ish

I agree about kids under 5, it’s pretty unfortunate. Royal Caribbean still has their programs for under 5 running.
