Casino was the best I’ve seen on a cruise.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
The live entertainment was AWESOME bands/ singers did an amazing job. DJs kept the crowd in the fun at the pools.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
I’ve only sailed on Carnival and the service/ staff has ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING! They go above and beyond for everyone on the ship.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
The ship layout reminded me a lot of Vista, was clean the entire cruise. Even with those guest who tossed plates and empty cups around the ship, was always someone quickly removing them so we had a clean environment.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
This was our first cruise without a balcony cabin. We selected a interior cabin this cruise. It was a good size for us, we didn’t have any issues with our cabin.

Disembarkation

1 out of 5
Okay here I have to add a bit of negativity. Your disembarkation was simple... 1. If you selected to carry your own bags or check the the night before. Those who selected to carry bags off themselves have always been the first to disembark first, but this time, they allowed EVERYONE to gather at elevators and stairwells blocking them up. They called guest by muster stations and as we not so quickly learned people were just getting in line walking off as the guest who were following directions are left standing around waiting to hear their muster stations called. Was super chaotic and people were basically pushing their way through the crowds of people getting off when THEY wanted to. The only place you found ship staff was at the exit, no one was posted at elevator or stairs. If everyone followed instructions and if Carnival had staff policing the instructions, might have been a smoother process.
