Large enough room for 2 adults and 3 kids ages 7,8,9. We weren't falling over ourselves and only got one stubbed toe on a ladder but that could have been clumsiness to blame too. One junior tub in one bathroom with sink and a full shower in other bathroom with toilet and sink. Two pull down uppers and we split our king to two twins. One sofa. Perfect for everyone having their own bed even if I ended up with a 7 year old in my bed.

We did a bubble tour due to unvaxxed kids (due to age) and it rained a little but we still had a great time!
