Review summary

Last Carnival cruise I will ever take. They say you get what you pay for, this cruise definitely proved that. Food was cold and little taste whether we went to the lido deck or mdr. Finally found the Italian restaurant more than half way through our cruise and FINALLY had a decent meal (of course at an extra charge). The only good thing about this cruise was purchasing the unlimited drink package.

Koulikani, Unless you typed info incorrectly, showing you went on breeze Feb 2014?? Guess maybe this recent trip had group of staff that wasn't as good as last time otherwise why would you book same ship? I realized it does all depend on the staff regardless of the ship. Yeah you can have old ship with leaks, creaks etc.... but how the staff handles situation makes a difference. I have noticed alot of the carnival ships I've been on the food in MDR isn't as hot as it should be (I'm talking temp wise). My favorite Carnival ship so far is the Vista - food was probably the best Carnival had yet wasn't barely warm. Guess because the wait staff let's it sit out with those covers on(with vent hole in it yet) and by the time you get it, it's barely warm. Noticed RCC has warmers at each station so you're food will be warm (take a hint Carnival- easy fix!). We've been on 3 lines, RCC, Carnival and Norwegian and keep going back to Carnival because best bang for buck - get what you pay for. Maybe you should stick to RCC or celebrity- pay more but that's what you want. Heading on breeze in 50 days so hoping the food in MDR will AT LEAST be warm 😋😞

The Italian restaurant was my least favorite. Everyone has their own opinions. All I have to do is open my balcony door and I am happy

I’ve been on four cruises sometimes the food on the lido is just okay however it’s still enjoyable because I’m on vacation.

We were on the Breeze last November and loved it. I didn't care for the food on the Lido buffet, but there are many other good places to eat. My husband loves Guy's Burgers. Blue iguana is good, as is the 24 hr pizza. The specialty restaurants are delicious! We didn't eat at Red Frog Pub, but I plan to when we're on the Vista in November. I'm trying to figure out when to eat at the various restaurants. Plus, don't miss the afternoon tea on a sea day. The desserts are delicious!

I love the Breeze. I was on it last August for my birthday. Will be on it this month too. My favorite ship and crew out of Galveston. The Freedom is also a favorite ship and crew of mine, number 2 out of Galveston. This will be my 28th cruise on Carnival. Working on becoming Diamond. Maybe after 3 more cruises.

wow....cruising the beautiful Breeze for my 3rd time on 11/24/2018 (my 2 sisters first)...we are looking forward to enjoying the ship & activities & having a great time.....we bring our own party & fun (starts with us).🚢😎🍹🍷

Your complaint is based on food alone. My family was on the Breeze in June 2016. We loved every second of it. It’s a wonderful ship. Did you not enjoy activities? Shows, pools, waterpark, casino, etc. In the MDR, you can order multiple dishes. Try many different foods. That’s part of the fun.
