The ship director\, John is naturally funny. However\, the \"Atkins\" family that supposedly has caused some problems in leaving each port and was late apparently THREE TIMES\, was never introduced as mentioned on one of his shows. This seems to be a MAKE-UP story only because the service was not delivered as promised.
