Azamara Quest

Sail date: January 01, 2014

Ship: Azamara Quest

Cabin type: Inside

Traveled as: Couple

Reviewed: 10 years ago

Review summary

This ship is smaller and more intimate. With the ratio of 400 crew to 650 passengers we were treated royally. The food and service in the main dining room was outstanding and served with a culinary flair. The buffet was substantial and featured food from a different country every night. Lattes every morning were the key to a good day aboard or on shore in the Sea of Cortez.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

5 out of 5
Wonderful food and service, only wish that we could have made reservations for a specific table.

Entertainment

5 out of 5
Although the show room was caberet size the singers and dancers were outstanding and the five main shows we had over the 12 days were great.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The Captain was out and around the ship everyday and would not hesitate to stop and talk to be sure we were having a wonderful experience. The cruise director was equally as available for interaction.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Easy ship to find your way around.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
We had an inside cabin and still received fresh flowers in the state room, a canape treat in the room each night, a never empty fruit bowl, bottled water, robes, slippers, turndown service, shoe shine and more. The same as the veranda cabins.

Pros: The service, the food, the included amenities, the Azamazing Evening

Cons: We would have liked the ability to make a specific dinner reservation.
