Review summary

I have taken several trips with American Cruiselines. They are top shelf. I love the small ship size and intimacy. On the big boats you never really meet people. The personal attention makes you feel important , not just a number. The staff really cares.

Dining was fabulous... from the great breakfast, lunch and dinners to the great happy hour appetizers. Gourmet all the way!

There were knitting classes, card and board games, and even evan an artist on board. So much fun!

The entertainment was great. The use local musicians and tour appropriate musical styles.

service was spectacular... from the room steward to the bartenders all top notch.

The ship was immaculate. The staff was constantly wiping down handrails and all surfaces. I felt very safe.

Our bed was very comfortable. I feel the rooms were spacious. Much larger the most cruiselines.

Don't miss Happy Hour. great food, drinks and entertainment. even some game shows!

Fabulous trip to the battlegrounds. Excellent guide. Also visited the USS Ciaro, an old ironclad gun boat from the Civil War. Very interesting!

We toured Myrtles Plantation, Huge Haunted home. Huge verandas with beautiful ornate ironwork. It is surrounded but huge oak trees. Just beautiful.

We went to the Art and Science Museum. Loved, loved, loved it. There is a Planetarium, a Mummy and artwork made from iridescent bugs!

Just beautiful! especially the gardens. The sculpture, artworks and architecture thrilled me. My husband like the history. Originally a sugar plantation.

We have been there many times. I love this city. Especially the music and the food!! the WW2 Museum is also fascinating.
