Wonderful small ship intimate experience. This cruise gave us an insight into the history and development of the US through its included excursions. Excellent crew, beautiful ship, great food and service, wine and liquor included. Safety is a prime concern in this era of pandemic.

Service and Staff
5 out of 5
Great service from young Americans. Friendly, enthusiastic, welcoming. On a small ship you get to know both passengers and crew. Cruise director was exceptional and filled the ship with warmth. This is not possible on large ships with thousands of passengers.
Ship Quality

Beautiful ship. Spotless - crew is on their hands and knees cleaning the carpets. Covid testing is a prerequisite for boarding and Covid protocols are observed in cleaning.

Ship tip
Small ship sailing. A more intimate experience where you get to know passengers and crew.
Most excursions are included. Visited Sacagawea Interpretive Center. Learned about the Lewis & Clark expedition and her role in helping them, Wonderful slice of history
Included excursion to volcano that erupted in 1980. Wonderful but sombering experience that reminds us of the power of nature. Great to see the areas recovery.
Maritime Museum explains the history of the river and all the shipwrecks that occurred here. We saw how dams, locks, and dredging changed the course of this once dangerous river. Also we learned about the colonization of the river from native tribes to settlers on the Oregon Trail.
