Wonderful cruise. Great Crew, and Cruise Director - Victor! The Captains and Crew really adapted to the low waters on the River, and made sure we still had an immersive experience. The Captains worked over time to get us up the river and for the cruise to continue for the full 7 days.
We had to be bused to Strasbourg, which was an hour away. Due to this, Victor called ahead to a local restaurant and provided us lunch for the day...on their tab.
Dress in layers, and be prepared for changing conditions. If you aren't adaptable, or have adversity to the cold, this may not be the cruise for you.

Lunch was nice in the restaurant, but I recommend the option to sit in the Lounge for the Light Lunch Fare. Lounge had a nice selection of food, relaxed atmosphere with beautiful scenery, and I was never with out wine in my glass.
Breakfast Buffet style, but they did have some made to order items.

Books and board games provided. A nice, clean small gym. A nice small, area to shop for local souvenirs, ,mementos of the ship, and books.
The Coffee Bar was one of my favorite 'on board activities'. Well stocked and a great selection of hot beverages!
Entertainment

There was some evening entertainment, but not anything to really highlight. Most of the time, I was tired from the port day to really care. I enjoyed the more relaxed evenings, reflecting the days adventures and getting to know other cruises. Nice lounge music played in the background.
They did offer a wonderful New Year's Eve Gala.
Plus, for special events, such as when we cruised through Rhine Gorge, well presented and highlighted.

Absolutely Amazing Crew! All were willing to please, down to earth, and always a smile on their faces. Even with this being the last itinerary of the season, the staff never showed it.
Victor, what an amazing Cruise Director! If you see his name on the bill for the cruise, definitely jump on the opportunity to cruise with him. Knowledgeable, funny, and works hard to make sure each guest is happy.

What a great city. Take some time to hang out with the Locals in the City Center, and visit the Rathaus. If you are visiting in a cooler month, find the Lady selling the Gluewhein!
