The manager, Roy,was so helpful with our problem we had and was professional about everything. Just waiting on the email from RC bc of the problem we had-being our firsts cruise .

Have been dealing with an issue (our room has constant vibration) and brought to attention of Guest Services and they have been great. We were offered another room (new room located in front of ship - top), which we declined due to location, and due to fact boat was full, they took care of dinner in a specialty restaurant (including a bottle of Champaign). They have been checking in on us each day (Mobin is great) and we do the same. Overall the entire staff at guest relations are amazing and I hope you all seek their help if needed and treat them with utmost respect as it is well deserved.
