I would strongly NOT recommend using this ship. Overall, the ship was very dirty and disgusting (see below comments). The dining experience was mediocre. There were several instances where the same food was being offered on the buffet as on the dining room. The overall food quality was mediocre at best. You could tell that the staff were pushing one of the 3 restaurants on board that cost 30$ a person extra. While in Bermuda, the power was inexplicably out for about 90 minutes. I was unable to get into my room due to the fire doors being activated. Customer service staff had no information and looked like they had no idea what was going on as well. Non-smokers should beware that the starboard side of all the open decks are the smoking areas, which made the entire pool deck of the 9th floor smell like cigarette smoke.
