it is better to have breakfast delivery in the last day

The ship is attractive, the personnel very attentive and polite, the embarkation and debarkation process quite good. The food, however, was less than fair; in the dining room it was actually poor. All fish was too salted and most meals were cold. Breakfast in the dining room resulted in dry, overcooked scrambled eggs and undercooked fatty bacon. We ate most of our meals in the Lido having the salad bar, the sandwich bar and the Asian Bar.

I had a good time. Lots of things to do and keep you busy...I wish they had more like this during the year :(

The experience as a whole was fantastic. Boarding and check in were relatively easy. The food was great. The prices for the alcohol were very reasonable and the rooms were very clean. Freindly staff. The only bother wa in the morning. They wake you up vis an obnoxious loud speaker announcement and rush off by 9am. Forget about breakfast the next morning, the lines are a couple 100 people deep and and no tables. Only 2 dining options. The cleanin=g staff actually came in our room and after we said we were stioll in there and they changed the do not disturb to welcome on their own, then entered.

The ship is very big and clean and the service is excellent

No one seemed to know where to go no direction never got a daily sheet of what was on the ship as far as activities. Had to find things on our own.

My impression of the ship was great. But I did not feel as if I had the best customer service and I did not care the food that was served at the blue lagoon. Taste like everything was microwaved.

Just like all the other Carnival ships. Once you sail on one you have sailed on all!

Food in main dining room was rather poor with only fair choices and portions were ridiculously small. The guy next to me ordered a pasta meal after he had finished his first entree. Service in buffet area poor. You had to get up to get a second cup of coffee.

The food was good, staff was great, excursions were great and internet service was horrible and over price. We were also told by Cuises Only staff not to tip anyone as it was included in the price, but it wasn't.

This was a nice trip for a first timer. We enjoyed some great entertainment. the cabin was kept very clean & neat I felt the bad economy has had a negative effect on the food quality. Recommend the salad bar and Deli. Loved the photographers & good quality pictures. Wish we had had the Steakhouse on this ship. Probably will select another Carnival ship nex time.

This cruise had multiple difficulty disembarking guests in a timely manner. I am comparing to Norweigian, this is my first Carnival cruise. At one stop we heard constant referrals to the "...unpredictable tides" making it difficult to line-up the stairway with the dock; it was so steep that only a very few able bodied were able to go ashore. As a long-term boater I have yet to have heard of 'unpredictable tide levels'. They are all listed on tables and there were no remarkable tide level lines on the shore. This was just not attended to on the details of the trip and I imagine will be better addressed in the future. When the cruise was over with we went to the dock in front of the Spruce Goose Dome/Queen Mary in Long Beach. I have never been there and soon realized there was one passageway only for 1500 cruisers and a portion of 900 crew departing. The ever faithful Stephanie was on the overhead announcement assuring that the groups would be allowed off and how it would work. Then the overhead announcements were over. She started announcing locally on the Lido Deck and we could no longer hear her. We were desperate to hear our Stephanie who saw us through consistently before. THREE hours went by and I still had no idea who was going or when to go to the 7th floor. We COULD here the loud bell noise of passenger cards being processed. I went down to the 7th floor and it was crammed full of passengers and luggage. You could not even step off of the elevator. I heard staff say on their little radio "... where could I put them?" I asked for help down there and a staff said since I was a carry off (luggage) and could not hear announcements I could go. Pure luck. Most others were still stuck upstairs. It's not their fault there is only one exit at that dock. It is horrible that announcements were not consistently given and lunchtime is approaching while our rooms are being made up for the next cruisers! Stephanie's assistant usually in blue talks down to cruisers and has rough edges when stressed. Stephanie is the hardest working person in the Carnival Lines.

We were very pleased with the cruise.Very courteous staff and plenty to do.Food was just so-so except the pizza bar and the Mongolian Grill,which was excellant.

The ship was old, but well maintained. The crew was great! The food was good. We had a nice, relaxing trip, which was what we wanted. We also got a balcony cabin for a great price.

The ship was very clean. The food was very good. Not enough hand sanitaion stations. The staff was always pleasant and polite. The shows were only average at best. The lounges and bars were only open at certain times as was the library. All in all, I would not travel Princess again.

This cruise was absolutely awesome. The crew made sure we had everything we needed and the cabin was huge (compared to cruise ship cabins).

We had a wonderful time and it was a great was to celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
