They need more variety of entertainment. The main dining room-Versailles-wasn’t very good. Both times we ate there the food was cold.

Overall such a great experience. Due to the number of ports visited in such a short period of time, it is a rigorous trip, but we went into it knowing it would be a packed schedule. beautiful sights, everyone we ran into on and off the boat were friendly and welcoming.

This was the most amazing cruise that I have taken. The staff was excellent in taking care of me. They went above and beyond my expectations!!!

We enjoyed our cruise immensely. The service in the restaurants, room, embarkation and debarkation in every port was amazing. For a Greek cruise, we were a little disappointed that more Indian cuisine was offered in the main dining room than any Greek cuisine! We are not fans of buffets for dinner, so we did not go to the buffet Greek dinners.

I would have liked to see more comfortable lounge chairs around the ship, so that if you wanted to read, without going outside you could.

This was my second cruise. I liked the idea of freestyle dining but I think it takes away from the experience. the dining staff in the main dining room were not attentive. We typically would run out of water and no one would come to refill our glasses. I feel that they did not go out of their way since you did not have an assigned waiter during the cruise and did not have to work as hard for tips. the tips are collected at end of the cruise and distrubuted by Norweigian to all the staff. The food was ok. For lunch in the main dining, the menu would be the same every other day. The food quality was not good as on my previous cruise. The pool staff was good. The drinks were much better at the pool. I did have the beverage package. I thought it included water but doesn't. The entertainment was ok but not spectacular. I did enjoy the acrobatic performance. Michelled(singer) was funny but typical cruise singer. The cabin was nice. There was a fridge in the room that was stocked but this is NOT included in the beverage package. The shower was spacious. The housekeeper was friendly and efficent. The tendering process needs to be better. I would get inline at 8am for 8:30 tender tickets. By the time, I got to the front of the line, I would be in group 11. People would get 10 tickets and just give them away or not use them. This would delay people from getting off the ship. We had to tender in 3 ports. If you purchase an excurision thru Norwegian you get priority tender.

Great cruise, entertainment could be better...Also longer stay in some of the ports would be more convenient to do and see more of the places visited. Meals were good. But breakfast could be better, also the same menu for breakfast. Overall, this was a wonderful cruise and great experience.

This was a wonderful cruise with great ports of call. And I feel October is a great time as it is not too hot, and not too cold! Also, I’m quite sure the crowds must be terrible during the summer. I feel we were quite spoiled since we had a little suite, and we had a butler who went out of his way to make every moment the most enjoyable. We had a fantastic package and everything was included, so we did not have to think about every little expense. All in all, a great cruise!

Overall the cruise was excellent. Food ,entertainment ,staff were all excellent. I just think the constant soliciting of additional packages was annoying and the cost for laundry and ironing were inflated.

This is by far the best Cruise Ship I have been on. Never felt crowded. All the crew were great. The only negative aspect of the cruise was the lost time in Rhodes due to crew member jumping off ship.

We enjoyed the cruise and look forward to our next one!

We could not have had a better Cruise. The ship was great. We had a great one of a kind balcony room that was close to anything in the back of the ship and gave us exercise to anything in the front of the ship. The islands in the Mediterranean we visited were amazing and we were very happy with the tours we took.

We really enjoyed the cruise and itinerary. The convenience of dining and upgraded dining options was great for us and our desires. The entertainment was OK but not earth shattering. Room is dated and could use a refresh but given the rigorous docking schedule we didn't mind. Italy ports were by far our favorites outside of Rhodes.

The ship and crew were outstanding; no issues with comfort, cleanliness, or congeniality. The food was not outstanding. It was adequate and usually well prepared, but not notable. You can pay extra to eat in a specialty dining room (which we did on occasion) but, again, even there, the food was not memorable. The excursions were the problem for us. Often starting at an ungodly hour, they were frequently long, arduous, all-day affairs during which we felt we had seen everything and nothing. And if lunch was included in the excursion, it was invariably a disappointment.

I loved the itinerary and the excursion we took. But the atmosphere on the ship was at times not very pleasant, with people rushing, not paying attention, also, not enough English information.
