When to Williamsburg. About 1 hour bus ride and then you get to roam around yourself. A lot of history there. Good places to eat.

Close to Virginia Beach (20 minutes away; $45 taxi one way; $25 Uber one way). You can rent Lyme eScooters which is a great way to get around and see the local port town.

Nothing was open, it was July 4th. We walked around a bit we’re back on the ship after about an hour.
