If you asking about the availability of any offsite parking lots that's less expensive than the port, that doesn't exist. Many local hotels have park/sleep/cruise packages with transport to the terminal & back with your car left on their property. Most require you to book direct with the front desk for the deal.

We were there in December. Open air parking extremely close to the terminal. Like spitting distance away. lol.

plenty of parking right at terminal. 100 to 125 depends on cruise length. 5 to min walk from either🅿️ lot. One side is for Carnival other side for Royal. Bag chk in before going on to parking area.

Parking at the port, literally adjacent to the ship, is $15 per night. Closest hotel option is Courtyard by Marriott, a three year old hotel, located across the street from the Port in a good neighborhood within walking distance to several restaurants.
