Both Best Westerns, 1 by BWI airport, another at O'Donnell St. have airport and port shuttles. They both offer park-stay-cruise packages. Airport area and hotels actually located in Baltimore's Inner Harbor area are OK to stay at. A few offer cruise long parking, but none really have a port shuttle. Rideshares or taxis are about equal in price ($27 vs $30), and KD Elite a popular car service is not much more expensive.

We stayed at the Courtyard Baltimore Downtown / McHenry Row. A clean and comfortable hotel located directly across McComas Street from the cruise port. Unfortunately traffic patterns make walking to the port difficult so we drove the three minutes to the terminal with plenty of secure parking available. Thehotel is situated in a walkable area with plenty of good restaurants nearby (L P Steamers & Barracudas).
