Did not go ashore here as bad publicity about safety and cleanliness. Have been ashore in the past and things were closed then due to government shutdown.

The Port Authorities charge the highest port fees but seem to hold passengers in contempt and offer inadequate services…considering th age of passengers and the time they must wait there should be more places to sit …

Great port. Pier located within walking distance for almost everything. Did an excursion to Alcatraz and spent the rest of the time walking everywhere.

Felt rushed, not enough time on tour.

LOVED this port. Did the bus tour around the city and it was great, as was the bus driver and the tour guide. We were moored in a great spot and could see the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz from our balcony. Passing under the bridge as we left was breathtaking.

Yes and tour guide was very good. Lots of bathroom breaks. Need better signage when you get off ship to meet your tour
