Depends on the time of day…during late morning to early evening when everyone is on…it can be less than optimum…also some areas of Alaska the mountains can block signals…and on trips where you are in the middle of the ocean or far from major cities the service is also less than optimum…otherwise I have had no trouble…but it is important to put in thought before choosing any ship’s wi-fi

I bought the premium WiFi pkg for our cruise to Hawaii and it didn’t work well a majority of the time , I received a refund .
