Very dirty city. Nothing to see there.

Sad stop. Poor and felt unwelcoming. Was told that princess cruises go there for cheaper fuel and port charges. Nothing beautiful here

Opportunity to get wi-fi. Quaint.

didn't live up to its reputation - other french polynesian ports were far better

Did the Easy Papeete excursion which was very nice but they did not offer a large selection of excursions and at the last month before the cruise they cancelled the Bora Bora and Pago Pago stops and replaced them with an extra day at Tahiti. When we got on the ship, all the excursions were sold out so we just walked around the shops at port.

Loved this port. Its so relaxed. Most things are expensive but it's a tourist port.

Love the market and exploring the rest of the city.
