Recommend you get out and visit the volcano.

Arrived late, cut our excursion short by more than 2 hours. Very disappointed.

TOWN WE WERE BUSSED TO WAS COOL.

The Petrohue Falls excursion was a big disappointment. It was a long drive to see what amounted to a raging river with thousands of other visitors.

Very cute. Smelled of fish. Center for salmon fishing. Excursion to Puerto Varas and Frutillar. Volcano visible across the lake. Gorgeous. Frutillar is town settled by German immigrants with Bavarian storefronts.

Did Osorono, Petrohue Falls & Puerto - wonderful and beautiful excursion. Market time a little short.

Interesting place to visit. We went horseback riding which was really nice and comfortable. We took the horses through a rainforest which was a brand new experience for me and my husband.

Good, did not do an excursion, but visited the town.

We had a private tour with a fantastic tour guide. We saw the volcano, the waterfalls, really rapids, he'd lunch at a local Chilean restaurant, went to a small nature park which led to an overlook of the large lake and then to Puerto Varas. There we shopped at some outdoor craft markets and had ice cream at the guides favorite ice cream store.

We did a privately-booked tour which included Orsono Volcano.
