This will depend on where your passport was issued.Singapore does allow some passports to come into Singapore without a travel visa.It wouldn't hurt to double check. You will be required to fill out entry documents before arrival into Singapore though.

No for Americans. You just need to fill out an SG arrival form on MyICA before you arrive. And again before you disembark.
