We did an excursion to the Barong wildlife sanctuary. It was a wonderful experience learning about all of the animals and the wonderful work that this sanctuary does.

We want to book a cycling tour whilst in Hobart. The tour is independent from the ship's shore excursions. We have heard that disembarking from Ovation of the Seas can take really long and we are worried that we may miss the departure time of the tour. The ship arrives in Hobart at 8am and the cycling tour starts at 10am. Does anyone have experience regarding disembarkation in this port and how long it generally takes? Thank you.

We really like Tasmania but the reduced time in port kept us from taking the independent tour we would have liked.
