Loved Heidelberg, the castle, lunch with the students, the experience was wonderful.

Very picturesque, walkable town. The Romanesque cathedral was my favorite church of the trip. Plentiful cafes on the main street to have a coffee, but beware the service was a bit slow in our experience.

We took the Technical Museum which was very nice. We also walked to the town.

We enjoyed Speyer and the history. Our tour guide was good. Stores were closed due to All Saints day holiday, We did have about an hour to explore the town. We came up to some honor tiles which brought up the Holocaust.
