We took a tour featuring Nice and the nearby town of Eze. In Nice we saw its famous local market, Promenade des anglais and fountain de soleil. In Eze we saw a former medieval castle with its exteriors left in tact to view.

not a lot to do near the boat and the excursion choices weren't great, mostly walked around and explored taking pictures. Wouldn't return

Got a train to Nice , walked and shopped 😄

Tendered at Villefranche Sur Mer. Waited in the Broadway show lounge with a number for a tender boat after the people on an excursion left the ship. Got a train to Nice, only 7 minutes! Walked down to the promenade and walked along enjoying the sunshine.

This was a tender port at Villefranche sur Mer. We went to the beach and then looked for the hidden road, which was interesting.

We did the Monte Carlo and Monaco excursion. Monaco was nice but Monte Carlo is not our cup of tea. Too pretentious and too much conspicuous consumption for our taste. We did gamble at the casino just to say we had done it and the old casino was interesting to see, but not much else there that interested us.

This excursion involved a LOT of walking and stairs. The guide was good, and we saw many locations.
