Loved visiting the Monet House and gardens, wasn’t impressed with the museum.

We visited Honfleur and Deauville. We really like Honfleur having visited prior. Deauville was interesting, but time there was very limited on this tour.

Took an excursion with another company. I guess it was nice to say that I’ve been to the Normandy battlefield but it wasn’t all that worth it.

I did not go because it was a three hour drive to Paris but my wife had a great time since it was a once in a lifetime experience. From what people on board told me the port city of Le Harve was underwhelming.

This was our most anticipated excursion to Normandy D Day sites, and most disappointing. Terrible tour guide, she didn’t make much sense in all her rambling, got facts wrong also. They took us to an obscure part of Omaha Beach, not where the “bigger” beach is with monuments which we expected to go to. The American cemetery was impressive.

Walkable to town from ship. Nice town with many stores.

Went to visit Monet's garden. Tour guide was great (Marie), but it involved more walking than we expected.

Not that nice to be a touristic port.
