Not always, there are a few, a lot of the time it's the younger people who are drunk and disorderly.I've only sailed so far on smaller ships out of Baltimore, MD USA, so I'm not sure about the bigger ships. What I have seen videos of some stupid dunk people causing problems, however, it really doesn't effect the cuisine for most of the passangers onboard.
