it is a 3 hour drive , one way , assuming no wrecks. we did a river lunch cruise and almost missed, took us over 4 hourscheck what rentals available. far enough lead time ahead may let someone get you a vanif never driven in Paris, good luck. the only rule seemed to be no rules

You will have to set something up in advance. There is nothing in the way of public transportation. Only busses are for cruise excursion and shuttles to Le Havre. It is a very secure port with a gated checkpoint.

No public transport but there is a pre arranged excursion you can go on.
