Rained all day, by time we got to Pisa, was limited with time. Could of spent less time in La Spezia.

Did train tour to Cinque Terre; was spectacular - we did a tour separate from cruise line but could have just taken the train on own from La Spezia and gotten on/off as desired. Mighly recommend Cinque Terre!!

Veeeeeeeery far from Florence or Piza. So there isn't really anything to do in La Spezia without planning an excursion or taking a 2 hour taxi/shuttle.

We walked up to the train station about a 30 min walk & caught the train to cinque terre.

Went to Cinque Terre on our own. Beautiful. Definitely would recommend.

Saw a leading tower of Pisa and Florence

Enjoyed the Pisa and Florence tour. The tour guide was enjoyable and engaging. He made this tour a great experience and showed his love.of this area.

We did not have a pre-planned excursion at this port. As soon as you get off the ship you enter a building where they are signing people up for rides to Pisa and other places. We did this and were very happy with it.

In La Spezia, one of our choices was Pisa. People go to Pisa for one basic thing: see the Leaning Tower. We got to Pisa and they took us on a boat ride to downtown Pisa on the Arno. By the time we got to the Tower, we didn't have time to see the Cathedral or Baptistry that are with the Tower. We would have like more time in downtown Pisa.

The farmhouse tour to Tuscany was also not great. To begin, our printed tickets said to meet ashore. That was a bit confusing as that day there was also a free shuttle, so we didn’t know if ashore was just off the ship or if it was at the shuttle stop. We went the shore excursions desk to ask and they were closed during the day. We then went to ask guest service and they said they didn’t know but to arrive early asking someone on the gangway. At the gangway, we asked five people and got three different responses. Good thing we planned extra time and found our tour, but that should be basic information for your team members. Then once we got on the tour, the tour guide slept on the bus to and from where we were going and gave zero information. Then at the farmhouse, where we were told via printed material it would be a horse drawn carriage ride, it was really a wagon ride down a dirt driveway.
