Geirangerfjord is so beautiful. Please take your time here to hike or ride a bike and fully see all that the fjord has to offer. There is also a visitor center where you can book (or prebook) boat trips in the fjord. I almost wish cruises could not enter the fjord so that we can protect it.

Walked up to see the waterfall - nice steps to the top. Small town with not a lot to do otherwise, other than the gift shops.

Love going through the Fjords to get to the port. Breathtaking. Did the 5 mile hike to the waterfall. It was strenuous also but again worth the hike because of the beautiful view

By tender. Fjord Centre exhibition was very poorly lit (to make a kind of authentic atmosphere, l guess) I suggest you to bring a headlight torch. ;) When we visited, it was not holiday season; however, it was getting busy. I wonder how they can cater so many big cruise ship visitors during summer. Surprising!
