HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE TRYING TO CATCH THE SHIP SINCE NCL PUT "VENICE" ON THE PORT OF EMBARKATION. NCL changed this, per the Italian authorities back in May 2022 and NEVER TOOK "VENICE" OFF THE ITINEARY

This is a very boring port.

Flights were included...Not a complaint as we knew the schedule, but for future knowledge, we were rushed from the airport to the ship, no chance to visit Venice/Trieste

We did not do an excursion.

We had to make reservations to do an activity on our own. With Venice cancelled so late, the boat did not have other options lined up. Earlier notice and we could have used the "wasted" day better and found excursions

The night life was lively with free concert.

Stop saying Venice- it’s NO where near Venice!!!!!!!!! Norwegian misguided many cruisers!!! Super upset about the dishonesty. Trieste is no where near Venice and it took a couple trains to get to actual Venice. Super upset at Norwegian for misleading us about where we were disembarking.

Been there before so did not take a tour. Would recommend a private tour for first time visitors.

There was not a ton to do in this port. We did an excursion as a transfer to the airport. If Norwegian is going to continue to use this port as the disembarkation port for Venice, they need to make arrangements for travelers to get to the Venice airport. Many travelers had the same problems with getting to the airport as we did.
