We went to the temple of the Minotaur. We enjoyed ourselves.

Felt like it was a city….airplanes loud and flying over us all day. Most passengers were not impressed!

We did the Discovery Family excursion to the ruins of Knossos Palace. This was a fascinating visit and the guide was extremely knowledgeable. We also visited the Cretaquarium, it was interesting to see some of the marine life in the Mediterranean Sea. We had lunch at a local restaurant. The food was delicious, however the wait staff didn't explain what it was we were eating.

Crete was a fill in. We did a hop on hop off bus tour - saw remnants of a palace but that’s about it.

Nice port. Have visited once before and already visited Knossos, so did not do shore excursion.

Very cute harbor with picturesque boats. At this point of the cruise, we kind of were tired of seeing ruins and pillars at every corner, so this city was not that great, and also not that walkable.

We began the morning on the “Villages & Folkloric Show” excursion. The Crete Island is exceptionally beautiful. The tour covered the countryside and another pottery demonstration. The highlight was the stop at a hotel where a delicious buffet was provided. A demonstration of Greek folk dancing was very enjoyable.
