okay for a port, lots of kiosks for shopping, there is a castle to visit, that's about it.

Lovely city.

My favorite port. It's a great area. We did a tour from Virgin that took us all over, called Bodrum hills and beautiful views. I definitely recommend.

Beautiful country, went to see the castle of St. Peters,. Get the combo ticket to see the underwater archeological museum which is on site, might as well. Beware when you sit at a restaurant that has beach access. Make sure you understand how much they're charging you to sit down.

It was an easy city. Docked with NO Tender. We really enjoyed this city with all its shops and the locals were very nice.

Loved swimming in the Aegean

Ok to get off and have a look around. Lots of shops selling the same sort of things. Watch your steps as with all destinations on this cruise the pavements/sidewalks are potholed or non-existent!

We had our only Norwegian excursion here and it was a ripoff. It was suppose to be sail around Bodrum and all we did was anchor in three or four areas off coast for 50 min each with a tour guide that spent more time telling us about her credential than the town and area.

I was not impressed. We later found out that we didn’t go down in the city far enough. I did find my mom an amazing teapot so she was very impressed!

Did a 4x4 excursion here. There were some superb views and some hairy moments during it, but the driver was excellent. Didn't see much of Bodrum itself though.
