Castaway Cay (Disney Private Island) Port Reviews

It was a steady rain most of the day and there was not many places to be out of the rain. The umbrellas leaked, evidently their use is blocking the sun, not the rain. I did not stay long and went back to the ship.

We had a blast doing the 5k and bike rental.

Loved the private island! So easy to get off the ship and relaxing. It is nice to know that it is set up for everyone on board to have a chair at the beach. Also, loved that the food was included. You didn't feel like you had to get back to the ship to eat like at a normal port. It was like they moved the ship kitchen off onto the island for the day :)

Blisteringly hot and humid, but always a fun experience.

Everything was very nice. Had a great time . Beautiful water and great for the kids.

I really loved this island, we did the aqua trikes and it was fun, so sun tanned, wished it had a more cooler section like maybe misting fans. The sun was strong and the wind was nonexistent.

I actually expected more slides, etc here. Mainly a beach experience.

Had a blast! The adult only beach was so peaceful and beautiful and the snorkeling where all the statues was SO MUCH FUN! My favorite thing!

Castaway is always beautiful. Found a perfect spot on the adult beach (Serenity Bay) that was all by itself - tip: go all the way to the left (before the crew area) and you'll have it too. Chairs and a few hammocks. Right in front of the water, with the bar behind us. It was amazing! Can't swim right there but it was literally feet away to the allowed swimming area.
