We loved Barbados! We were very lucky with our driver, Jeffrey! He grew up there and knows the island well! There is a lot of history and interesting places to see. The water was crystal clear and warm! It was very nice for swimming. I think it was Carlisle Bay on Browne’s Beach.

The port is in an industrial district and you will need to take a taxi or shuttle to where ever you are going. Shopping district is lined with locals hawking their services, I did not care for that. However, the night submarine excursion was pretty awesome.

Awesome mini tour on the way to the beach. Weather was great. The beach was great. Next trip to Barbados, a tour with Carson’s Taxi Service is a MUST!!!

This was not on my list of places to visit but I’m sure glad I did! The water was the most amazing color of turquoise, and so warm! The catamaran was amazing, besides a little rain the day was magical!!

We took the flavours of barbado tour and it was excellent. The guide Carson was wonderful and very informative. Great tour of the city and distillery with two stops at a plantation and mahogany carving place. Beaches looked great but did not have time.

This is by far our favorite port! Listening to other cruisers on our boat they though the same thing! We took the best excursion, it was the 3 beach hop. This was our 2nd time! (Get on the yellow bus!) what it doesn’t tell you that it’s unlimited drinks. So the price is well worth it! I believe Carnival and Royal both offer it, since we have done it with both lines. My only complaint is we didn’t have enough time, the last beach was our favorite, calm waters and Luke warm water! We didn’t want to leave. Andre who is the guide will make sure you have fun and drink too much!

We didn’t like Barbados much. Without our excursion, it would have been much worse. Everything was expensive, the town was dirty, and the people were generally rude. Our excursion was awesome though. We did a snorkeling and sea turtle excursion through Barbados Blue. Recommend an excursion in this port to make it worthwhile.

This was our favorite port. We took a tour from Viator. They picked us up from the pier brought us to a beach where we were provided with beach umbrellas and chairs. We got on a boat and went snorkelling. The crew was fantastic and helped us with our kids (6 and 10) to snorkel. Afterwards we went back to the beach. The water was perfect ... Best Day Ever!!

The ultimate shipwreck, snorkel excursion is great. We got to see a sea turtle but the captain makes everyone stick close together while snorkeling so we got hit and kicked a lot by everyone trying to snorkel in a small area. The resort that serves the lunch buffet is very rundown but the food was good.
